芒果青製作教學來囉
夏天到啦,又要來做情人果 (芒果青) 囉!今年芒果好早就出生了,現在才一月竟然有些已經長出來了。前幾天剛好到高雄衛武營走走,那裡的榕樹區有很多芒果樹,就撿了幾顆回來。順便自己製作,好體驗一下那酸酸甜甜的感覺。今天只有四顆小芒果,我們來看看要怎麼做吧:
第一個步驟先削皮,削的時候要小心,芒果很小不好施力:

接著切開,先把子挖出來,然後將果肉切成一片一片的,小顆的芒果子應該是軟的,如果你的芒果子無法切開,表示你摘的芒果已經快要成熟了,比較不適合做芒果青:
然後加入鹽給它搓一搓,做一下馬殺雞:

搓好以後靜置 30 分鐘,芒果會開始出水,原理就跟我喂你吃鹽很鹹會吐口水的道理差不多!?,如下:

然後把水倒掉,重新用清水沖一下,加入糖或一些些梅子粉,如下:

最後裝進罐子裡搖一搖冰到冰箱,就完成囉:
